To make a purchase, please browse our store and add the items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. By committing to the purchase, you agree you have consulted the power sizing guidelines, to accurately specify the panel types and quantity you require. (If unclear, call us for advice)
Please be advised that there are factors that our online calculator may not account for various factors that can affect the effectiveness of the suggested heating and may require snd in depth analysis of the space and detailed heating strategies to optimise use outcomes. Our agents will advise to the best of their ability but we at the infrared heater company and our employees cannot be held liable if purchased goods fail to fulfil consumer expectations.
Energy-savings and control of comfort levels can only be made in conjunction with the correct thermostat or control device. We strongly recommend you purchase adequate control devices with your order to ensure optimum comfort levels and energy-savings. Recommended devices are recommended with each product. We accept card payments. If you are shopping from another country your card company will exchange the price into your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake, no problem. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have got your order. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable before entering the contract with you. Otherwise, if the product has gone out of stock we will also notify you as to the expected day of delivery.  When making an online purchase on The Infrared Heater co website, you agree that our company is not responsible and can in no way be held liable for products or service promises made by 3rd parties which you do not purchase directly from the infrared heater Co
Delivery and Handling
We do not charge for delivery in UK mainland including Wales and Scotland, but this excludes The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, The Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. For deliveries outside these areas we reserve the right to add other shipping charges. Call us before purchase if any you have any questions or concerns. If a customer fails to provide the correct address details, they are fully responsible for the recovery of the goods and we will not send a replacement or issue a refund if the goods cannot be recovered.
We will act within 1 working day of receipt of your order. Shipping times will depend on stock availability but will usually be next day if purchased before 12 midday. We The infrared heater company Ltd, cannot be in any way held accountable for the actions of any Third-party Couriers (usually DPD or TNT) or for any extreme weather or industrial action that can impact the delivery.
In the case that your goods have not arrived on the expected date. You must notify us within 3 days so we can investigate and locate your goods or issue a replacement if it cannot be found. If customers fail to notify us with 3 days of the designated delivery date, we cannot guarantee that a replacement can’t sent. We will send you a “Dispatched” notification when the order has been packed. However, this for various reasons (in some rare cases) may not mean that it will be delivered next day. This will contain delivery information and the expected delivery time slot. All goods are checked before leaving our warehouse. We do not dispatch items that appear damaged in any way. When the goods are delivered please inspect the packaging of each item BEFORE signing and if there is any noticeable damage please only sign for it “AS DAMAGED” and inform us on 01204772265 within 24 hours. Note: External damage to the box does not always mean damage to the product). Whilst we pack all our heaters with absolute care, infrared heating panels (especially glass and mirror panels) are fragile. Please handle them with the utmost sensibility and care.
After inspecting the packaging and signing for your goods, please unpack and physically inspect all panels and notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there is any visible damage to the goods. Failure to do may impact the warranty on any goods you received We require all deliveries to be signed for and you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is enough evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Your Rights
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you to come into stock as soon as possible. However, this will depend upon the manufacturing and shipping schedule of products. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy:
Your rights to return goods are protected under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Upon arrival delivery of your goods you have a day 14 trial period in which you can notify us if you wish to return any products to us. After notifying us you then have 14 days to return the product.
In cases where you do not want products that are in good working order (i.e. due to a mistake in ordering, changing your mind or the product turns out not to be suitable for purpose intended) all such goods returned must be un-used, in same condition they arrived in, complete with all original packaging and fixings. If goods do not reach us in this condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund according to the reduction in value of the goods.This includes instances where the heaters have been installed or altered in any way
However, If the product is being returned within the 14 day trial period because of an internal or electrical fault we will take you through a trouble shooting process after which If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will collect the heater for further inspection at our cost. After evaluating the goods we will issue a refund or a replacement as per your request.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage incurred when returning the goods. So, you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. In the case that the goods being returned for replacement are no longer in stock or have been discontinued, we can only replace with an alternative heater or refund to store credit within the warranty period.
Cancellation:
For standard stock items (excluding special order goods) you are entitled to cancel your order and obtain a full refund including any delivery charges at any time before delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you.
Specification
If we are asked for advice as to the suitability of any product such advice will be given to the best of our ability and in good faith, but such advice is only given on the express condition that the Company is exempt from liability for failure in performance resulting
directly or indirectly from such advice.
Warranty:
Warranty period begins after the 14 day trial period. If a material defect in the goods shall be discovered and you notify us after the 14 day trial period giving particulars in accordance with our Company’s warranty, you can return the goods to us (at your own expense and risk). The Company will either repair or replace any Goods which are accepted by the Company as being defective. Any Goods returned, must be appropriately packaged and labelled on the outside of the box to clarify the sender with order number and condition.
The Company will not honour any warranty claim where the Goods have or appear to have been damaged in transit or altered, misused or having been tampered with in any way. If after testing, the Company does not consider the Goods to be faulty the Goods will be returned to you at your expense. In respect of any claim under the foregoing express warranty or any condition or warranty implied by law to any other claim in respect of the Goods or any workmanship in relation to them (whether or not involving negligence on the part of the Company) shall, in all cases, be limited to the repair or replacement of the Goods or as aforesaid.
Our company The Infrared heater Company Ltd shall have no liability for any costs of installation, removal or inspection costs incurred by the Buyer or any third party in respect of any warranty claim. The Company’s liability applies only to defects appearing before you make any modification or alteration to the goods and whilst the Goods are being properly. Meaning, used or stored properly and (but without limitation) the Company shall not be liable in the case of defects arising from abnormal deterioration or improper use, damage, supply voltage in excess of the stated input voltage or faulty handling by you.

Credit Card Security.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are captured and submitted on the pages of the payment gateway provider (Shopify or PayPal). We do not capture or process any credit card or payment information.  This information is coded and submitted using encryption.
